Each year, we negotiate special rates with Pheasant Run for the convenience of those people who attend our conference. Please note that the deadline for booking hotel rooms at Pheasant Run with the special ICE conference rates is Tuesday, February 8. The easiest way to book rooms to get this special conference rate is to use the Pheasant Run online reservation system.
